Our process

Once we have received your request for a quote we reach out to make sure we understand the scope of work 

After reviewing the photos or plans provided and discuss your selections we can provide and initial estimate for the work

Once the initial estimate is accepted we can arrange for an onsite visit to get actual measurements and present samples if needed

After the site visit we will provide an official contract for your approval

Once the contract is approved and receive the deposit we will provide drawings and 3d models for the work to be performed

After the drawings are approved we forward them to our shop for production and are able to provide a tentative install date 

When the parts have completed and the site has been primed we can deliver and start the installation process

The installation process depends on the project size and can take anywhere from a day to few weeks

When we install prefinished balusters or glass we leave them out until the finisher paints and stains the wood
